Once past a certain age, Halloween becomes more about parties and evocative costumes than it does strolling door-to-door collecting boatloads of cavity-inducing treats. Alas, if you’re like me, candy never lost its luster, and you still like to indulge in a gummy bear here, a candy corn there or a Snickers bar, well, anytime. I accept that I am too old to trick-or-treat, so I decided to commemorate Halloween by fusing my passion for sugar with my love of fashion by creating 5 outfits inspired by iconic candy. The results are—you guessed it—pretty darn sweet.
